Fainthearted – Timid, cowardly, nervous, fearful and spineless

• Warning – unbelief – 2:12

Don’t drift

Don’t sin willfully

4. The incomparability of the High Priest! Chapter 4)

• Access – Throne - Heb. 4:14-16

Weak

Tempted

Imperfect

Needy

• Without mercy you would perish!
• Without Grace you would be helpless!

5. Practical life questions!

• Why doesn’t God give up on me?

“Because of the Lord’s great love” Lam. 3:22

• How do I know God will keep loving me?

“For His compassions never fail” Lam. 3:22

· When will God give me what I need?

“They are new every morning” Lam. 3:23

· What is my hope for the future?

“Great is your faithfulness” Lam. 23

6. Application!

· Encourage one another! 3:13

· Cling to Him and never stop trusting Him.
