Out of the Comfort Zone Acts

"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus." Acts 4:13

  1. They were not ignorant about the resurrected Christ. Acts 3:12-15
    "but put to death the Prince of Life, the one whom God raised from the dead, a fact to which we are witnesses." Acts 3:15
  2. They were not ignorant about the power of God! Acts 3:16-21
    "And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all." Acts 3:16
  3. They were not ignorant about the Scriptures! Acts 4:5-12
    "He is the Stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief corner stone." Acts 4:11
  4. They were no ignorant about the way of salvation! Acts 4:12
    "And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12
  5. They were not ignorant about prayer! Acts 4:23-31
    "And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:31
  6. They were not ignorant about their calling! Acts 5:26-42
    "But Peter and the apostles answered, We must obey God rather than men." Acts 5:29
