Jaime Burnett Jaime oversees both financial and facility responsibilities at Valley Church. He is also a member of our elder board. He has been at Valley Church since July of 1991 and has over 30 years of ministry experience including a church plant. Jaime and his wife Marcia have 4 kids and 8 grandkids. They reside in Sunnyvale. Jaime loves theology, in particular the story of redemption and how the church should grow into the full stature of Christ. Pat Jensen Pat oversees our Children's Ministry here at Valley Church. He has faithfully served our children in a variety of lay positions over the past 30+ years and loves to see kids grow in the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Pat and his wife Gail live in San Jose and enjoy living in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. Contact Pat Jensen.
Darren Johnson Darren oversees local missions and equipping, preaches and works with our College Ministry. He has been at Valley Church since July of 2007 and has over 15 years of ministry experience in a variety of facets of pastoral ministry. Darren and his wife Cheryl have 4 kids and live in San Jose. Kurt Jones Kurt preaches, gives leadership to the staff, oversees world missions, and serves on the elder board. He has been at Valley Church since March of 2001 and has 28 years of full time ministry experience. He has been a missionary to the Philippines and has travelled to thirty-three different countries on various missionary teams and projects. Daniel Kim Daniel oversees all areas related to worship here at Valley Church. He joined Valley Church in November of 2008 and has been in ministry since 1992. Glen Miller Glen preaches and serves as a mentor to the staff at Valley Church. Glen is also the President of Hands of Hope which is an organization that ministers to AIDS orphans and other children at risk in Zimbabwe. Glen has been at Valley Church for the past 13 years and has been involved in missionary work in a wide array of capacities since 1978. He is married to Patty and they have two grown children, Glen and Kelley. Thomas Sorrentino Thomas oversees Sports Ministry at Valley Church which includes Tennis and Basketball camps and clinics. He is also a Worship Leader for our 9am Traditional Service. Thomas has been on staff for 5 years (2005) and has 20 years of Vocational Ministry experience in many areas within the church. He has been married to his wonderful wife Georgia for 20 years and has two daughters Marcella (13) and Starla (10). Joe Usher Joe oversees Student Ministries at Valley Church and is responsible for Jr. High and High School. He has been at Valley Church since July 2010 and has 10 years of experience in a variety of para-church and church ministries to youth. Joe and his wife Sharona have their first kid on the way and live in San Jose.
