Wife: Yvonne [Bonnie], five grown children, two grandsons in college, one in Marine Corps Reserve

Ministry role at Valley:

Along with Joyful Sounds Choir, I assist as a 'Money Changer' (the team to count love offerings) twice a month, and the Wednesday 6am prayer team with devotionals. I participate in the 'Armor Bearers' Sunday School class at 10:45am. I am part of a team in a Sharing & Caring Ministry at the Sub Acute Re-Hab Center in Los Altos, pastoring and leading them in singing hymns during worship.

Current occupation and interest:

Retired from U S Postal Service after a 40-year career of clerical / administrative / finance / accounting. A big passion for outdoors -- camping / fishing/ hiking / home gardening / walking the dog / star gazing / [golf, when time and money afford]. Writing inspiritational poetry-essays and my re-Hab sermons. Part of Santa Clara Valley Christian Writer's Group.

Testimony:

Serving others has been my vocational career and I found the Lord has blessed me in recognizing why He put me here on earth is to give my life for such. [2 Cor 4:5]

This all stemmed from His word teaching me, Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must [1] believe that He exists, and [2] He rewards those who seek Him. [Hebrews 11:6]
