A message from our pastor:

Dearly beloved,

“Moses was . . . more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.” Numbers 12:3

A good question to ask ourselves is, “Are we getting more humble as we get older?” Someone said, “It took 40 years of living like a shepherd to discipline Moses ego.”

Only at age 80, was Moses ready to live life on God’s terms. The man who emerged from the desert was decidedly different from the man who entered it. It’s our “desert experiences” that keep our egos in check.

Yes, our pride will follow us all the way to the grave. But I pray that we all grow in humility like Moses. All things are possible with Him.

But grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” 1 Peter 3:18

Because He first loved us,

Glen
