Music
Music at Valley Church is provided mainly by:
- Joyful Sounds adult choir for the traditional first service
- handbell ensembles for the traditional first service
- Organists, pianists, and other instrumentalists for the traditional first service
- Worship Team vocal and instrumental band for the contemporary second service
- various children's choral programs
A dedicated team meets every Monday morning to plan the overall structure of both morning services (including the music). With suitable artistic license, photographer (and participant) Ernie Lyon provides these snapshots of one gathering. Considerable attention is paid to how all aspects of the services work together to craft the services. They recognize and respect the unique demographic of each congregation.
