Men's Thursday Morning Bible Study
Thursday mornings - 6:30-7:30am - Room 420
A study in the book of Matthew. Our goal is to sharpen each other by reading and discussing this book which clearly shows Jesus is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy.

Operation Timothy
Each quarter we are forming new Men's "Operation Timothy" Small Groups. Our aim will be as it says in Proverbs 27:17 "Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another". These groups have a focus on discipleship, accountability, and community impact. Each group will be using a well-known discipleship series called "Operation Timothy" (OT). The OT workbook has devotional/homework chapters which we will discuss together during our meeting times.
The vision of Valley Church includes people being in "Transformational Relationships" with each other. For the Men's OT Small Groups, this describes close friendships of discipleship, encouragement, and accountability with each other so that we may become equipped, built up, and fullly mature men to the measure and stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:12-13). This means becoming better men, better leaders, better husbands, better fathers, and better followers and disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.
