Short Term Missions Trips
A Short-Term Mission Trip is an opportunity to engage firsthand in God's work around the world. It is also a way to personally experience ministries of compassion, justice, and sharing Christ's love in a cross-cultural setting. God has uniquely gifted each of us to serve Him. "Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms" (I Peter 4:10 NIV). As people participate, their love for the Lord is demonstrated in their service and obedience to Him. Short-term mission experiences not only bless others, but they can also be a catalyst to your own spiritual growth.
We have created this location on our website so that Valley Church missions trip participants can share their experiences and the lessons that God taught as they served.
For the next trip, we will be taking a team to Tijuana to Grace Children's Home. The trip will be April 9-13, 2012. Contact Thomas Sorrentino.
